Application Process
Position the Design: Place the DTF transfer face upon the garment. Ensure it is centered and aligned correctly.
Protect the Design: Cover the transfer film with a Teflon sheet or parchment paper to prevent sticking or damage.
Press the Design:
Heat press: Close the press and apply pressure.
Iron: Apply firm, even pressure across the transfer, making sure to cover all areas without moving the iron around.
INSTANT HOT or Cold Peel: Either peel straight away or allow the transfer to cool completely before peeling off the film. This is known as a cold peel.
Peel the Film: Slowly and carefully peel away the transfer film, ensuring the design stays adhered to the garment.
Repress the Design: For added durability, place a Teflon sheet or parchment paper over the design and press again for 5–10 seconds.
Ensure consistent pressure and avoid overheating, as this can affect the transfer's adhesion.
Aftercare
Wait at least 24 hours before washing.
Wash garments inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle.
